These terms apply to your use of this website and to stays booked at Hideaway Villa, Karjat.
Booking and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and the agreed advance has been received.
- Rates are quoted per stay and depend on dates, group size and season. Rates shown by third-party platforms may differ from our direct rates.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the entire group.
Occupancy
- The villa accommodates a minimum of 13 and a maximum of 17 adults.
- The number of guests staying must match the number declared at the time of booking. Extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval and may attract additional charges.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required from all adult guests at check-in, as required under Indian law.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Conduct and the property
- Please treat the villa as you would your own home. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property, furnishings or equipment during the stay, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms.
- Illegal substances and unlawful activity of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise to a considerate level late at night out of respect for neighbouring properties.
- Events, parties with outside guests, or commercial photography and filming require prior written permission.
Swimming pool
The pool is used entirely at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and we ask that guests do not swim under the influence of alcohol.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be declared at the time of booking. Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour, cleanliness and any damage caused.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The villa is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property, nor for injury arising from the use of the pool, garden, games equipment or other facilities, except where caused by our proven negligence.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure to provide the stay due to events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural events, government restrictions or civil disruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raigad, Maharashtra.
